Congratulations on making it through to November folks. It goes without saying, but it's been a hard year. I have definitely spent a lot of it reading or playing video games; scaping into another world – a perfect world. So I was so excited to hear that Animal Crossing was getting an update AND a DLC! So in honour of this, I have created an ACNH themed bonus wallpaper to celebrate and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it (I had way too much fun putting it together). In my country and many others, November 11th is a special day to honour all the lives lost in wars all over the world. As someone with family members who served with various countries, Remembrance Day has always been a day for us to reflect. To commemorate this, you'll also find a bonus poppy wallpaper in addition to the usual release reflecting the poppies we wear on Remembrance Day. Aside from the Animal Crossing release date, November 5th also has another significance. Some of you may choose to watch or rewatch 'V for Vendetta' on this day for Guy Fawkes Day. There's a bit to the history so for more info on its significance see here. There's many versions of the rhyme but I will leave this one with you in parting:
"Remember, remember, the fifth of Novemeber, gunpowder, treason and plot. For I see no reason, why gunpowder and treason, should ever be forgot"
